Pebble Time with Michael – Day 7
Today I’m going to talk about a favorite app of mine that’s specially designed to work with the Pebble Time: the ESPN app. It’s one of the first applications that has been completely integrated with the Pebble Time’s timeline and it makes great use of this feature.
After you select the sport(s) and team(s) you want to follow in the app, the ESPN app automatically posts upcoming games to your timeline. You’ll also receive a notification when the game is about to start. When the game ends the final score is automatically posted to your timeline. No muss, no fuss, and following your favorite team’s games couldn’t be easier!
Alas, this app is completely USA-centric, so if you you want to follow your favorite international soccer or cricket team, you’ll need to check out some of the other sports apps in the Pebble Store. I haven’t installed any of them on my own Pebble Time, but there seems to be quite a wide variety of apps available to satisfy your sporting fan needs!
