Pebble Accessories - Straps, Skins, Docking Station

Best Pebble Accessories

Since Pebble launched the Pebble 2 a few weeks back we have seen a lot of traffic from new Pebble owners. We’ve spent a lot of time on this site looking at the best of what’s out there for Pebble watches, so we thought we’d bring it all together with a list of all the must-have Pebble accessories. This list doesn’t feature every accessory out there, but it definitely covers most of the bases. Let’s go!

Straps

We have gone through our fair share of really awesome straps for the Pebble lineup on the site. Pebble’s use of standard sized bands across their lineup has allowed for some pretty unique combinations. Pebble owners can really customize the look and feel of their watch to further blur the line between smartwatch and traditional timepiece.

Silicone Bands

Our go-to silicone straps are from one of our favorite companies: GadgetWraps. The bands are tried and true and we really love the quality and color selection available. GadgetWraps offers their silicone bands for every model of Pebble and the color selection means that you can probably find your favorite color!

Metal Watchbands

We’ve also reviewed some pretty awesome metal watchbands for those that want a more premium feel for their Pebble. They especially look great on the Pebble Time Steel and Pebble Time Round. Our pick for the best metal watchband goes to the Milanese-style metal watchbands. Whether they are the more rigid structure that uses a clasp or the form-fitting magnetic Milanese loop bands, they always look great. The mesh-style metal watchbands really dress up the Pebble watches and bridge the gap between tech gadget and stylish timepiece.

Leather Bands

Our pick for best leather watchband for the Pebble lineup goes to Hirsch leather watchbands. Hirsch is a company recently featured in our Best Watchbands for Pebble 2 article. They come in at a bit higher price-point than what we normally review on the site, but for good reason. Hirsch straps are really well crafted with high quality leather and they’re even water resistant. The bands are comfortable and they come in a variety of colors with various stitch options. We definitely think they’re worth investing in.

Skins

Customization is one of the most attractive features of the Pebble. Universal watchband sizes allow you to make the look your own, but Pebblers can take it one step further thanks to the skins available from GadgetWraps. The skins are a perfect compliment to their silicone watchbands and can make your Pebble unique to you. With tons of colors and textures available, the color combinations are endless. We’re particularly fond of the brushed metal and wood skins for the Pebble.

Chargers & Docks

Timedock

Timedock is where great engineering meets simple solution. Pebble’s magnetic charger is pretty convenient, but Timedock really makes the process easier and a lot more aesthetically pleasing. It’s a well executed attempt at a charging solution for the Pebble and one that has become a staple in my regular use of the watch.

Micro-USB Adapter

This neat little adapter for the Pebble doesn’t leave my daily carry backpack. It has come in handy more than once when I have forgotten to charge my Pebble the night before. It’s a really simple product that instantly converts any micro-usb cable to a charger for your Pebble Time or Time Round. It also works on the Pebble 2, so we’re pretty sure it will work on the Pebble Time 2 as well. It’s pretty inexpensive and definitely worth having around.

Micro-USB Charging Stand for Pebble Time

Another great charging dock for your Pebble Time or Time Round is this neat charging stand we found online. It’s nowhere near the build quality of the Timedock, but it also rings in at a much lower price. It’s a great alternative for those that want an easy way to charge their Pebble when it has run out of juice. The stand features an all-plastic build and connects to any micro-usb cable for power.

    • We have indeed, but that doesn’t mean that people will stop looking for straps or other accessories for the Pebble they already have, right?
